What is the best part about being a teacher?

The best part of being a teacher is watching students open their minds and begin to comprehend their importance in the world. I really enjoy interacting with my students because they teach me new ways of understanding as well and they always make me smile!

Why did you choose to teach at a Catholic school?

Frankly speaking, I am blessed to be given this opportunity. The school needed someone at a moment's notice and having been a substitute teacher the previous year, I was able to come in and fill the 5th grade teaching vacancy! 

What is your favorite season?

I love fall because of the crisp air and the beauty of the changing leaves!

Where is your dream vacation location?

My dream vacation would be Italy! I would love to see the Vatican and take in the many churches and cathedrals as well as the centuries old art work within these buildings. 

Where is the coolest place you've ever been?

The coolest place that I have ever been is in the mountains of Montana near the Idaho border. I had the opportunity to go with neighbors when I was 15 years old and still remember the vastness of the mountains, the extremely tall trees, and the scary switchbacks that we drove on! I hope to travel with my family next summer and visit the mountains again!
