What is the best part about being a teacher?

The students, of course!

Why did you choose to teach at a Catholic school? 

Retired from 35 years in the Public Schools. The opportunity came to teach again at QA and felt it would be a fun way to get to do what I love doing. At the time there had not been a music teacher consistently. I felt bad for the kids! Everyone needs music! Plus I still get to be retired 4 days a week!

What is one thing that will instantly make your day better?

Laughter... sharing it with the students is my favorite! Also FaceTime calls from my grandchildren (I have 9 of them!)

What skill would you like to master?

Playing Ukelele! I am learning with the students!

What is your favorite thing to do on the weekend? 

Spend time with family! Relax and unwind!
